Delivery times: 

Products in stock will be despatched within 48 hours. 

 Since custom orders are made from scratch I aim to post the completed item within 7 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery charges:

I use Royal Mail to deliver all packages.  Shipping rates updated April 2023.

For security reasons I only use tracked postage options.

UK, standard option.	Tracked 48 provides peace of mind at a low price.	£3.50
UK, optional upgrade.	Tracked 24 –  I may still need up to 7 days to make your jewellery	£4.80

Within the UK, Royal Mail Tracked 48 service aims to deliver within 2-3 days.

Returns:

If you change your mind you can return your items up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

The customer is liable for the cost of return and this is not refundable. Please contact me to let me know you will be returning the item before you post it, I recommend using a tracked delivery method to ensure your items arrive safely.

I will process your refund within 5 working days, to the original payment method, once the item is recieved.

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return.  In this instance I will also refund the cost of returning the item.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
